Who we are
Alvara Logistics Service is a freight forwarding, customs and import company operating from a facility in Pulilan, Bulacan. We started with a narrow focus — moving goods between the Philippines and Vietnam — and built the rest of our services around what that route actually requires: pickup at the supplier, consolidation, freight, clearance, storage and delivery.
We work with importers, distributors, manufacturers, online sellers and sourcing agents. Some hand us the entire chain. Others come to us with only the part their existing setup cannot cover. Both are fine.
What we do not do is pass the problem along. If a document is wrong, a container is delayed or a supplier shipped the wrong quantity, that is ours to resolve and ours to explain.

How we work
One team quotes, books, clears and delivers. You are not the one coordinating between four vendors who each own a fragment of the job.
Freight, duties, taxes, clearance and delivery in one landed cost figure, given before the shipment moves. Where a cost genuinely cannot be fixed in advance, we say so and explain the range.
No minimum container. Our trial shipment service exists because a small first order teaches you more about a supplier and a market than any projection.
One named contact per client. When you ask where your cargo is, you get a real position and, if it is late, the reason and the plan.
